We specialize in DNA testing for immigration purposes making the step in the process of proving relationship much smoother for those waiting to reunite with their loved ones.
NOTE: For legal paternity testing and legal immigration testing, you can visit any of our collection facilities to direct your case for setup through our AABB-accredited office in Broward County. The friendly and knowledgeable staff at the Broward office process casework and facilitate testing at our AABB-accredited lab for all our Florida locations.
Our laboratory is accredited by the American Association of Blood Banks (“AABB”), as required by the USCIS and the U.S. embassies, and personally handles the coordination of the beneficiary’s sample collection in the foreign country where they reside.
DNA testing may be suggested in proving relationship between the sponsor (also called the petitioner) and the beneficiary in the alternative of providing documentation such as birth certificates, baptismal certificates and other records that may or may not be available or may be deemed insufficient or inconclusive by the USCIS.
All About Truth DNA Services provides proof of relationship through a number of alternative tests to meet your specific needs including: Paternity Testing, Maternity, Grand-paternity testing, and Sibling test.

Getting Started
To get started the Sponsor living in the U.S. will need to make an appointment with one of our local offices. He/She will need to pay for the DNA test and the shipping and handling fee of sending the DNA collection kit to the country abroad. The required shipping and handling fee includes the costs to send the DNA kit to the U.S. Embassy or panel physician abroad; return the samples back to the U.S.; and also send the results to the USCIS Service Center or the appropriate Embassy as well as sending a copy of the results to the Sponsor in the U.S.
The person residing in the US and filing the petition is called the Sponsor and/or Petitioner. The Petitioner requiring a DNA test will be required to bring with him/her a government issued photo identification, contact information for the beneficiary such as an address and at least 2 telephone numbers, and a copy of the letter from the USCIS/Embassy requiring proof of relationship by either requesting a DNA test or the Request for Evidence. If this letter is not available we would require any document that provides us with a government issued case number.
The person outside of the United States is the beneficiary. The beneficiaries DNA sample will be collected at the U.S. Embassy in their country or at a site approved by the U.S. Embassy. A sample collection kit will be sent directly from the laboratory to the foreign location. This shipping cost is included in the price of the test. Once the kit arrives an appointment will be scheduled for the beneficiary and will be contacted directly by either the embassy or the panel physician. Some countries contact the persons in their country directly with an appointment time, while other countries contact the petitioner with an appointment time.
Additionally, there are fees to be paid directly to the collector in the foreign country where the beneficiary will be collected and that fee will have to be paid directly to the collector. The cost is born by the persons in the foreign country. The beneficiary needs to take government issued identification with them to the collection appointment such as a passport, government issued ID, birth certificate and/or 2 passport photos. When they contact the beneficiary for the appointment they will advise what will be needed from them at the appointment.
Once the beneficiaries DNA sample collection is complete, the samples are sent directly to the laboratory by the U.S. Embassy by priority mail. The fee for this shipment is also included in the cost of the test paid in the US. Please note, a small number of countries require the persons in the foreign country to bear these shipping costs instead and therefore we will only charge you for mailing the sample collection kit there but not the return air bill. We will notify you initially if you are working with one of these countries.
Once all of the samples and necessary documentation have been received at the lab, test results can be expected and available in 3-5 business days, depending on the testing scenario. Initially, you will receive the test results by phone, fax or email then later by U.S. regular mail.
The U.S. Government will only accepts results of the DNA test when they are sent directly from the laboratory performing the test. Therefore, our contracted laboratory will ship two notarized copies of the test results and the original photographs and documents to the USCIS office or U.S. Embassy directly. It is very important that the Petitioner communicate where the test results should go that is why we require a copy of the document that requests the DNA test so we have the information as to where to send the results. We will also provide a shipping air-bill number so that the Petitioner can track the results when they arrive at the USCIS or the embassy. The fees for this shipment is also included in the initial cost of the test paid.
